Chef Mikael, a graduate of the Liljeholmen and Sundbyberg schools of culinary arts in Stockholm, Sweden, brings over 30 years of professional experience. Having worked extensively in Europe and the United States. After moving to California, Mikael swiftly embarked on his entrepreneurial journey. Initially, he established ‘Fine World Dining,’ a venture specializing in high-end cuisine. However, Mikael’s deepening appreciation for the rich diversity within Los Angeles, encompassing various cultures and ethnicities, sparked a newfound inspiration. Recognizing the unique blend of flavors this diversity brought to the table, he eagerly rebranded his business as “FoodPerfected,” infusing it with a renewed focus and enthusiasm.
We collaborate closely with partners and customers, providing a wide range of options, including venues, rentals, staffing, menus, and more.
