“My class put on a Norse Play followed by a "Viking Feast". Chef Mikael provided the meal that had clever names like, "Odin's Eggs" and "Viking Ribs". “We had a big birthday celebration this year catered at our home for 70 people. We decided to have both beef tenderloin, and halibut as the main entrees so we could give the guests a choice. We were not sure about the beef / fish split, but Chef Mikael was able to get the right numbers of each of the items including several side dishes that we choose ahead of time.
The food has a gourmet flavor about it, a sauce, or special garnish, and side. Food Perfected makes it seem easy achieve the higher end. You would think you would have to pay through the nose for quality like we received, but really, the price was very reasonable. We had our own liquor, but we did use Mikael's bartender to mix the drinks.
The service staff that Chef Mikael provided were all very swift and professional, and they left things tidy and organized. You could tell that they knew what they were doing the moment they walked in. We'll be using Food Perfected again for sure."

"I've never been to an event they've catered but I've been to their Cotner location for lunch (right across from the Wine House). The sandwiches are fantastic and inexpensive. Mikael (I think that's how he spells his name) always slips in a little something extra like a slice of prosciutto in the chicken salad sandwich or crumbled bacon atop the potato salad or capers here and there. I know it's unusual in most places but it's like he really cares about what he puts in front of you. The other folks there are quick to offer suggestions if you can't make up your mind (like me). The location used to be a bakery and they still make bread. I always get a loaf to go (hmmmm Swedish Limpa!). If you start going now, you might be able to claim it's your own little "find" like I have ;)."
